All orders are accepted online through the site. At this stage we do not accept orders by phone.

You can add products to your order up to 4 hours before the start of the delivery slot. To do this, you need to load the necessary products in your basket and choose "Add" to one of your active orders.

The shelf life of the products can be found in the description of each product.

For the city of Sofia and the region, your order can be delivered within 3 hours after completion.

For the city of Plovdiv and the region, your order can be delivered within 5 hours after completion.
